Youth

Having a bath!?
Ardroy has a long track record of working with Youth Groups. As well as ongoing work with The Challenge Network and The Prince's Trust, we regularly have groups from the central belt and beyond attending. Quoting some recent feedback from Youth Group Leaders...

"I would highly recommend Ardroy, I have attended a large number of Outdoor Centres and taken part in numerous residentials and this course has been one of the most enjoyable and professional that I have been on"

John Connell, Tullochan

"Everything has been brilliant. The young people have been challenged, and loved every minute of it. A massive big thank you!"
Shirley Rothnie, Dumbarton Road Corridor Generations

"Simon and Jude were fantastic with the group. They worked brilliantly all weekend with the young people and built a great rapport."

George Smith, Working4U Development, West Dunbartonshire Council

We work closely with you to design a course that meets your outcomes. Our staff are professional, and know how to get the best out of your group, but will also strike the right balance between fun and safe effective learning experiences.

We often deliver a 'half course' where a group stays for a couple of days taking time to study, or plan a new programme, then participate in activities perhaps after a heavy morning over a hot flip chart!

Use the menu to find out more about our the activities we offer, scenario courses, uniformed organisations, and how to book

We have a promotional video outlining our approach to working with Youth Groups- please click below to watch. There are two sections: 0:00 - 6:00 is designed for young people to watch, followed by a separate video intended for leaders.

The Challenge

Each summer we welcome groups from The Challenge, supporting them in their delivery of the National Citizen Service to 16 and 17 year-olds. They collated the feedback that they received from the leader of each of the programmes, and send it to us. We think it sums up Ardroy:
